Monument Consulting Sponsors Genworth Children’s Advantage Classic for Second Straight Year

October 20, 2007, Richmond, VA: Monument Consulting, a Richmond-based Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm, supports the 2007 Genworth Children’s Advantage Classic for the second straight year.  The 2007 event hosted by Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf featured the legendary James Taylor at Virginia Commonwealth University’s Siegel Center.

“It is a great opportunity for Monument to give back to the community,” offered Brad Cummings, Principal of Monument Consulting and Vice President of the Board of Directors for Richmond Big Brothers Big Sisters, one of the non-profit organizations benefiting from the sold out event.

Each year, the proceeds from the Children’s Advantage Classic event make a considerable impact on at-risk youth programs in the Richmond community. In the past two years, more than one million dollars was raised to benefit local programs, changing the world for thousands of children. This year, the concert raised over $500,000 for ten local charities.
