May 29, 2007, Richmond, VA: Monument Consulting, a Richmond-based Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm, has been asked to grow its relationship with Hoboken, New Jersey-based Halyard Educational Partners (HEP). HEP is the nation’s largest interactive marketing company serving higher education.
Monument was initially contracted to deliver its full RPO services in December of 2006 when HEP had two initial companies under management. May 2007 saw two additional companies added to the family including New York City-based Goal Quest and World Class Strategy of Seattle, Washington. Monument’s team of Recruiting Consultants will continue to serve as HEP’s full RPO provider to help fuel the company’s ongoing growth.
