IT Consulting Firm Attacks D.C. Marketplace with the Recruitment Support of Monument Consulting
December 7, 2007, Richmond, VA: Monument Consulting, a Richmond-based Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firm, announces that they will begin providing Recruitment Process Outsource services to CapTech Ventures under the terms of a new contract.
Monument Consulting, who has provided similar recruitment services to various IT Consulting firms throughout the Eastern United States, will be tasked with staffing the new satellite office outside Washington, D.C. for CapTech Ventures. This agreement will allow CapTech Ventures to leverage significant relationships within the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. markets to attract and retain top IT Consulting resources.
“Monument has always had a great reputation and we were delighted to find an alternative recruitment solution that met our criteria in terms of quality, timeliness and value,” said Matt Borgard, CapTech’s Director managing the expansion into Washington, D.C.
The initial scope of the engagement will focus Monument’s recruitment efforts on Project Managers and Senior Technical Leads.
