May 27, 2008 – Monument Consulting, a provider of Recruitment Outsourcing and staffing VMS solutions throughout North America has named Bill Peters Managing Director of Solutions Architecture. Joining Monument Consulting at a critical stage in which the company’s growth is accelerating, Peters will lead the effort to take Monument Consulting to the next level as a leader in the RPO industry.
With more than 10 years of experience designing, implementing and delivering recruitment outsourcing solutions, Peters is known for his extensive expertise at building and leading recruitment outsourcing divisions. Bill started his RPO career as one of the founding team members of Spherion's RPO group where he designed and implemented high volume recruiting solutions for Fortune 500 organizations. Peters also created and led the development of one of the RPO industries first holistic workforce analytics platforms.
