Monument to launch Career Transition Services Offering
March 18, 2009 –Monument Consulting, a leading workforce consulting firm based in Richmond, VA announced today the launch of their latest offering, Career Transition Services. “Monument’s team of recruiting consultants have been providing career counseling services for years and this new focus will be able to aggregate all of those lessons learned and offer the most comprehensive suite of content at the greatest value in the industry,” said Monument Principal and Co-Founder, Matt Aprahamian.
The offering will be built on the name Careerzition and found online at www.careerzition.com. Members will be able to join for a nominal monthly fee and have access to a variety of powerful online tools and content. Members will be able to submit their resume for immediate review and feedback, tools will allow seekers to conduct online salary surveys in various job categories, and a library of best practices and ‘how to guides’ will be available from corporate recruiting insiders.
Steve Jones, a recruiting industry veteran who will serve as Careerzition’s Managing Director has also developed a curriculum of online information sessions as Webinars.
