Doug is Monument's most tenured Senior Consultant and serves as the firm's Strategic Account Manager over several of Monument's engagement teams. With 14 years in staffing, Doug has blended agency experience with the Nation's largest IT staffing firm plus years in corportate recruitment leading the talent acquisition function for a Fortune 500 corporation. This rich experience brings significant value to clients implementing our Vendor Management programs as he understands the full impact of all parties from client, to staffing supplier to contractors.
As a part of Doug's role managing engagements, he helps develop optimal recruitment processes, identifies key supplier relationships and assists with metrics development.
When Doug is away from the office you can often find him on one of Virginia's waterways fishing with friends or his son. Doug is an avid fly fisherman, hiker, camper and outdoorsman enthusiast.
