Doug McCotter

Doug has more than a decade of RPO and VMS experience working with some of the country’s largest employers. He’s served as the interim/outsourced Director of Recruitment, building, deploying, and managing global recruitment strategies. Clients have included a Fortune 25 healthcare supplier, a Fortune 300 global manufacturer, and a Fortune 500 financial institution. Currently, he is leading Monument’s team of national consultants and managing all recruitment projects for our largest region. Doug’s considerable experience, excellent client relations, and natural leadership style have made him a significant contributor to the firm.
