Steve brings a wealth of recruitment experience from his 18 years in staffing and corporate recruiting positions. His expertise is in process engineering with a strong understanding of how systems may be leveraged to support effective workforce management strategies. Projects and clients for Steve have included emerging companies like SnagAJob and Mondial Assistance, as well as major Fortune 500 organizations including America Online, Circuit City, ServiceMaster, and Community Health Systems.

For Monument, Steve is critical to the implementation activities around new accounts. He has been praised by clients for his attention to detail, analytical approach to problem solving and outstanding training techniques and documentation.

In his free time, Steve enjoys running marathons, playing Ultimate Frisbee®, and relaxing on the Outer Banks of North Carolina with his wife and two children.
