Farrah has 16 years of experience in the human capital space and has her CCWP certification. Her work experience includes companies such as Kaiser Permanente, AIG, Insight Global and Monument Consulting. Her experience includes in house staffing at Kaiser Permanente, IT Staffing Services at Insight Global, and Contingent Labor MSP/Consulting expertise at Monument Consulting. Farrah has expertise helping clients improve their contingent labor processes. She has helped clients achieve better visibility over their third party labor, improved compliance, cost savings, reduced time to fill for quality talent and reduced administrative burden. She is a graduate of UCLA Magna Cum Laude and currently lives in the Los Angeles area. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding and helping with animal rescue. She is trilingual and enjoys traveling to new places.
Maritza has over 10 years’ experience in the Human Capital space, including Staffing Services and MSP / Consulting within the contingent labor workforce. She is most passionate about building strong lasting relationships with her clients to solve complex contingent labor problems. At Monument, Maritza has spent the last 9 years leading sales pursuits and currently serves as our Regional Vice President of Business Development for the South Market. She is a graduate of Florida State University and resides in Tampa, FL with her husband Brett and three sons, Brooks, Grey, and Cooper.

Ed Troost has more than 15 years of experience as a leader in the Contingent Labor Consulting space, helping clients to improve visibility, quality, and compliance through outsourcing of contingent workforce management. Ed takes an active role in leading special projects for best practices and has led account management of Design, Implementation and Operation of outsourced solutions. Ed has extensive experience supporting and leading clients in complex and innovative service programs throughout the United States and around the globe. Ed has led human resource outsourcing solutions for Fortune 500 companies and other strategic organizations. Beyond this, Ed helps client organizations to realize enterprise-wide efficiencies and better, more cost-effective solutions in contingent labor management.
Sarah is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the Human Capital space. Her expertise lies in account management and human resources, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the industry. Sarah’s expertise includes the Public Sector of IT, Cyber, Engineering, Intelligence, Accounting, and Finance programs. She was responsible for accounts across several agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Justice, and the Department of State. This role allowed her to leverage her extensive experience and deep industry knowledge to drive success. Sarah is a proud graduate of James Madison University. She continues to call Richmond, VA her home, where she resides with her husband and three children.
Nick has over 20 years of sales and operations leadership in Workforce Solutions, including Contingent Labor, Managed Services and Pre-Hire Employment Screening. He takes a non-prescriptive approach with clients, understanding that each is a unique case requiring a custom solution. Nick serves customers in the Central and Mountain regions of the US, and lives in Nashville with his wife and their four children.
