Two teams of Monument cyclers strapped on their spin shoes to raise money and awareness for the American Heart & Stroke Association this spring! After raising over $1,500, Monument attended Richmond American Heart & Stroke Associations First Annual CycleNation at Maymont Park. Attendees participated in spin-style-cycling for 30 minutes each, all lead by different local spin instructors. Not only was it an incredible workout, but the Monument Team learned about the signs of stroke, and how to prevent it.
