Kellie leads our SAP SuccessFactors practice with over 25 years experience in the SAP HCM industry. Kellie has been responsible for building line of business units at various companies, including a start-up she founded in 2002. Kellie believes the only way to do things right is to treat our clients like family and to provide consultants who have real-world business expertise in one of the functionalities they work within. Always top of mind is how do we focus on our own employees well-being to create a true team atmosphere ensuring success for everyone. Kellie has travelled around the world and doesn’t miss an opportunity to spend time with her 10 niece and nephews, her dogs and her partner of over 30 years.

Steve serves as Monument’s Vice President of Sales. Steve started his career in Finance, but quickly found a love for Process Improvement and Project Management. Upon joining Monument in 2016, Steve led the Project Management Office and spearheaded some of Monuments largest program implementations in terms of scope, global reach, and size. As VP of Sales, Steve is able to combine his passion for problem solving and solution deployment, helping to ensure clients can reach their goals in a collaborative, thoughtful, and streamlined way. Steve is a graduate of Arizona State University and resides in Richmond, VA with his wife Brenna and their 3 children.

Archar is an industry veteran with over 26 years of related experience in Talent Acquisition space, including contingent labor/MSP services, Consulting Services, Staffing and staffing/contingent related technology. He prides himself on the ability to build long term partnerships/relationships and the ability to speak to both the technical and functional aspects of a program and is not afraid to “roll up his sleeves” and get into the details. Archar is responsible for our Implementations teams, including our world class Project Management Office (PMO) and our Implementation, Data and Support Services (IDSS). These teams are integral to the success of both our outsourced MSP clients as well as our Consulting Services clients. Archar lives in St. Augustine, FL and is a proud husband and father of five children.

Nicci joins Monument with over 20 years of MSP experience providing clients a hands-on approach to developing first in class solutions across the globe and domestically. She leads from the front playing an active and visible role understanding that our clients, suppliers, internal and external partners, and teams all play an integral part in finding the best talent with the best technology for seamless delivery. Nicci has a unique ability to understand her customers and brings not only in-depth knowledge in the space, but she is also a natural influencer and connects people to solutions. For the past 7 years, her focus has been on leading customers through global expansions and delivery in the America’s, EMEA, and APAC. As the Vice President, Strategic Accounts, she is responsible for driving innovative solutions and new workforce strategies to ensure our clients strategic growth and maturity goals are met. She provides thought leadership and works with her clients and teams to set the strategic vision, create roadmaps, and execute delivery. Nicci lives in Frederick, MD with her husband Donnie, daughter Gabriella and son Tyler. In her free time, you can find her at the beach, travelling with her family or visiting her kids at college and attending sporting events.

Natalie serves as Monument’s Sr. Director of MSP Operations where she oversees multiple teams that keep the trains running on time. Ultimately reporting up to Natalie is Finance, Supply Chain, Reporting and Analytics, Human Resources, Security and Compliance, and Training Departments. To date, she has overseen the implementation and ongoing management of seven different VMS’s and is respected as an industry thought leader in the functionality and deployment nuances of these critical solutions for our clients. Natalie is a graduate of The University of Alabama, Birmingham where she played varsity soccer. Natalie and her husband, Mark, are outdoor enthusiasts who also stay extremely busy with their three children.

Ashlee combines her CCWP certification with extensive experience in the VMS and contingent workforce management space.  Her career started at one of the top VMS (vendor management software) providers, where she not only learned best practices around contingent workforce management, but also the best practices to configure and integrate SAAS software across multiple applications.  Ashlee’s diverse career path has crossed multiple areas of the industry including MSP global account management, new client implementations for Fortune 500 organizations, supplier management, and reporting & analytics.  More recently, Ashlee has helped build out Monument’s Consulting Practices division, which offers clients stand-alone support in all areas of the contingent labor space.  Ashlee and her husband live in Denver, CO where she takes full advantage of the slopes in the winter and hits the links as often as she can in the summer.

Steve has over 25 years of experience in the staffing and MSP industries and has helped lead Monument’s growth over his 15 years with the company. During this time, Steve has led some of Monument’s largest programs, overseen implementation services, and now serves as Monument’s SVP over all client programs where he is squarely focused on delivering the highest quality service and value to our clients. Under his leadership, our client base has returned over 96% client satisfaction rate. In his spare time, Steve is a faster, foster parent, marathoner, Ultimate Frisbee enthusiast, and dog lover. Steve graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma and served our country as a member of the US Army.

Ryan is an industry veteran with decades of experience in the Human Capital Management industry.  His experience includes Staffing Services early in his career, with his most recent experience being spent in MSP / Strategic Consulting within the contingent workforce industry.  Ryan relies on his ability to perform and deliver at an elite level and takes a bold, passionate, and consultative approach as it relates to the growth of his organization.  He prides himself on being a relationship-based executive leader, highly focused on Monument’s culture.  Ryan has served Monument in a variety of ways over the past seven years, including strategic sales pursuits, and leading the Sales organization and Account (Program) Management organizations as Vice President.  Ryan is currently Monument’s 2nd President in its 19-year history and has maintained this role since January of 2019.  Ryan is a proud and committed graduate of Florida State University and resides in Richmond, VA with his wife and 2 children.

Matt founded Monument Consulting in 2003 and is viewed as an early pioneer and thought-leader in the contingent workforce arena.  Under Matt’s leadership, Monument has grown from its startup years as a regional player to an industry leader with a delighted client base including some of the world’s largest corporations.  Since its founding, Matt has always prioritized the need to add value to both our clients and our suppliers while also building an internal Monument culture that values each Monument team member and their contributions to our clients, our company and our community.  Matt is a graduate of the University of Richmond.  He and his wife, Susan, have three children, Jack, Charlie and Sophie.
