A Fortune 50 client had the desire to implement and standardize their MSP program globally.  Due to several client goals, including enterprise-wide program standardization, savings goals, and VMS transition, the program needed to be implemented quickly, but effectively.  Due to complexities and timelines desired by the client, the program was rolled out in phases.
